About Jennifer

The teach a man to fish quote resonated with me the first time I heard it as a child, I still value it’s meaning today. Helping people has always been my natural tendency and it's what I've done throughout my life and career, especially during the last 15 years as a coach and trainer. Working with people to help them be their best is what I do and it's why J7Evolve exists.

I work with individuals and businesses, providing one-to-one coaching, group coaching sessions, training and development, and action learning. In my experience, the most effective way to ensure that new skills and learning lead to positive action is to combine coaching and training, and in some cases, use an action learning approach
